Meat systems
Description: Meat is organic and difficult to classify, even for humans. With help of domain knowledge, we try to mimic human interpretation in an automated system. Often, there is no description of the classification process so research is required to find out what determines the quality of meat. Meat is placed on the conveyor manually and causes a lot of variation that could influence the quality of the measurement. It is quite a challenge to do accurate and precise measurements on meat.
