In this section you can find technical support, more information about our products or answers to sales related questions. You can either call us or fill in our contact form and you will receive an answer within 24 hours.



Project management

Project management

Before you can enter our project management webportal you need to request a user account and password first. Also fill in the project id that has been given to you or your manager by email.

Click on project methodology if you are interested in how senseIT develops products and software.
Customers are actually part of the scrum development team.
As such, they have complete access to our project management webportal. If you have a login and password you can click on the button on the right and log in.
Customers can:

  • See a complete overview of the project process and status
  • See our project agenda for the scrum meetings
  • Time sheet
  • Issue tracker
  • Software release manager

All actions are logged in our history tracker. In case of troubles we can always restore to a previous action.
